I am sure that the batches produced in April have been tested on premature rabbits in the DSCO labs. Just as they had to report failure of this quick and dirty test on preterm rabbits last April, they would have to report this at the end of August if it had occurred. The test measures dynamic pulmonary compliance in these rabbits before and after instillation of Surfaxin. No report of failure of these batches was released, which makes me assume that "so far, so good".
Obviously the more detailed tests are being carried out and will take several weeks before the results are submitted to the FDA. The magic date for submission is October. I have quite a few shares and hope the results are good. Who knows though--Capetola has screwed up too many times in the past. Hopefully some of the new folks are keeping a closer eye on the process.
