I have a question What backs up the $1.00 fair market value of the stock? Hot air? 4 switches?
a warehouse? 6 RE. office leases? new leased cars for the gang? 1M in cash at the bank will
not cover it where is the equity for coverage of FMV? Na sill in a Illusion like everyone else.
