Mark,
This thread is keeping me from my regular job, but this is alot more fun, so what the hell!

Interesting about Solucorp. I guess I am still unclear on what the agreement is with Thermo Tech. Are they going to attach their technology to the Thermo Master plants, or are they going to process these toxic wastes seperately and then feed their end product to the Thermo Tech plants, or ...?

On the subject of the debentures, if I understood Rene's explanation of how Reg. S works, and if I were a holder of these securities, you bet I would be converting them! And even though I have high expectations for TTRIF and would probably just hold the stock, there are always other great investment prospects out there, and I am sure many of these investors are figuring they made their money on TTRIF, and have decided to sell and move on. If this is happening, it is obviously putting alot of downward pressure on the stock price which, IMO, speaks well to the support TTRIF is getting at the 1.2 - 1.6 range. Also, Rene said he has been tracking the conversion of these debentures, and figures they will dry up in 3 or 4 weeks.

Well, back to work!

Rgds,
--Wayne--
