I do not understand why the media keeps not remembering that China MUST build 100-200 new cities of over 1 mil population and refurbish / expand 200 such cities over the next 15-20 years.

Hiccups, temporary financial & real estate wobbles, export-led recession (though the bulk of the continental-scale economy is domestically oriented), and a liberation of Taiwan.
