Notice of Annual Meeting, Proxy, Fiscal 1996 Annual Report. We were overnighted this package, however, we have not received or formal proxy notices pursuant to normal shareholder proxy protocol. There is an annual report. Due to the fact we are less than 90 days away from the end of fiscal 1997 it was prudent of SoftQuad to not spend much money on producing it. Proxy Resolutions. It does not appear that the SoftQuad Board repriced options or common stock already awarded to insiders. We cannot emphasize enough how commendable, honorable and shareholder friendly this is. SoftQuad has proven again, by taking the high-road and addressing critical issues in a timely, and highly efficient and effective manner that they are emerging as an "Excellent" company.
