I was considering ACTL at $15 1/2 but IMO, it looks like has more room to drop in lieu of the following recent factors:

1. Announcement of 6% revenue decline for quarter on 9/30.
2. Downgrade to hold by Montgomery on 10/2.
3. Recent selling by insiders and Texas instruments (see SEC filings). The selling volume has not been significant, but the existence of selling especially by TI usually sends up a caution flag in my mind.

Good long-term investment. Short-term to mid-term I think ACTL will see a better buying oppotunity at $13.
