To all:

Today, Wednesday, October 8th, we phoned Dr. Hirschman to firm-up the date
of the follow-up meeting we had planned for during our June visit to the
ADVR Yonkers laboratory and office facility. Unfortunately, due to several
trips that he has planned and other commitments, Dr. Hirschman will not be
able to host us until late November.

Since we had the opportunity to talk with him for about 5-minutes we were
able to inquired about a few items of interest and these are some of his
comments.

When we asked how things were going in general, he referred us back to the
shareholder letter he mailed earlier this year [January?] and said that
every facet of that letter has been implemented or is in the final stages
of being implemented. He said "this is a real company now!". "It isn't as
it use to be."

We ask if the lab and office staffing had begun. He said "yes". We then
asked "with scientist?" and he said "yes".

We then questioned him on the recent SEC filing (SB-2/A) and he remarked
that there is no time frame in which the SEC has to approve the filing, but
expects it to be approved shortly.

He sounded very upbeat, seemed to be looking forward to the combined
business/vacation trips that he has planned and once again emphasized the
fact that ADVR is now a "real company".

We suggested that we come down to visit in late November and we said that
we will follow up with him in Mid-November to schedule the visit.
