do you make the dough, buy the frozen dough, but fresh dough at the bakery. I worked with a guy who loved fried dough. every friday at lunch time he would head to the bakery to get his fresh dough for deep frying that night.

i but the defrosted dough or frozen . i like thin crust, so use a cookie tray, cover it with the dough and then sauce and all the stuff i love. usually 12 minutes at 450, it is done, dough dry. of course thin pizza i get the toppings , veg and meats vs all dough, which i hate. the more you throw on the pie though the greater the chance of dough not drying out and cooking. then it pays to put dough in for five or six minutes to cook it part way through.
