Wasn't it a great game?? We felt good about it despite the loss and were really happy for MiamiNW which has been through so much. They deserved that win. Both teams were impressive, but we made a lot of errors. SLCarroll seldom has players going on to the big football programs. (We got a kick out of the banner running under the game listing all the MIami players committed to the Hurricanes). Our boys aren't that big and other teams, as Miami was, are more athletic and bigger. But the discipline and the program are incredible out here, and Todd Dodge emphasized values and ethics along with the discipline. He's a super guy. (I don't know Coach Wasson, but so far people are impressed by him.)
