I'm not sure I follow your meaning here, M. Do you mean it is desirable to have a reasonably high market cap in when that stage comes ?

Logically, I believe the smaller the existing market cap, the more assured one should feel about raising the required equity financing. The old (existing) market cap will not dilute the benefits accruing to the new equity. (Of course, what I have in mind here is YZC, whose published timetable envisages the completion of the necessary equity capital financing this month). I'm still an optimistic bull. LOL.
