Wrote up all my notes on the Calgary asset seizure.

Premium Calgary – Sept 15, 2007
Three documents were taped to the inside of the front doors.
The documents were dated September 7, 2007
The documents were:
1. Warrant
2. Notice to Tennant
3. Notice of Seizure of Personal Property

The Bailiff was Scott Klemetski of Prairie Bailiff Services.
His phone # is: (403) 517-3493
The lawyer making the Seizure application for the Landlord was Richard John.
His phone # is: (403) 205-3949

The documents were made out in the dual names of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies and Premium Building Supplies.

The Notice to Tennant was for failure to pay rent outstanding in the amount of $52,077.96 up to and including September 1, 2007 to the Landlord, Tull Properties Inc. pursuant to a breached Offer to Lease dated May 14, 2007 and a Lease Agreement dated May 20, 2007.

Assets Seized on the 1st page of the Notice of Seizure of Personal Property were:
1. 94 sheets ProRoc gypsum board – ½” x 10’
2. 120 sheets ProRoc gypsum board – 5/8” x 12’
3. 52 Guardian insulation (red and white)
4. 20 Guardian insulation (blue and white)

On the Notice of Seizure there was a box ticked off to indicate that there was an Addendum of Additional Assets Seized.
There was also another box ticked off on the Notice of Seizure to indicate that the Owner intended to file an Objection.

Peering in the back I could see:
1. 2 trucks, one being a truck with a picker on it
2. 1 forklift
3. drywall
4. insulation

I also appeared that Ron Coates’ office had been completely cleaned out of desk and chair but that was difficult to be sure of because of the way the blinds were drawn.

There was also a “For Lease” sign out front of the building again (last visit 10 days ago there had been no such sign).
No trucks or activity at all out back.
I think even the Porta-potty was gone. LOL

I took pictures with my digital camera and will attempt to download them.
I might have forgotten my cords and such for doing so in Calgary.
