Whatever obligations of confidentiality prevented him from giving numbers in the past undoubtedly survived his resigning as CEO. In other words, he would need GIFT's and/or the licensee's permission to discuss the licenses and revenues.

From my viewpoint who the CEO is does not matter much. Right now GIFT is a lawsuit. The CEO doesn't have as much impact as the lawyers. Since he only cashed in a few shares, I don't think the resignation or sales mean much. He had the chance to sell more last week given the price and volume. If he passed on that chance he must still be a believer.
