Michael ..i believe in fighting wars whole heartedly..to win. anything less is half assed. imho america is not ready for a war fought to win. to compare now in the middle east to the containment of communism is an over simplification. i see this struggle as a type of anti colonial war where we are the foreign power. for that matter israel is a foreign power in that its inhabitants are for the most part immigrant or of immigrant decent. and at the end of the day oil is the main concern.
