I've been on three juries - a drunk driving case, a lawsuit over a car accident, and a lawsuit over drainage rights related to a real estate sale. In the last two of those I was picked as foreman by the other jurors. I steered the jury to quick verdicts. Took less than 15 minutes in each case to reach a decision. The other one (the drunk driving case) took hours and was pretty frustrating.

I deliberately answered a voir dire question in one other case in a way that would cause me to be dismissed - it involved a guy claiming damages over an injury and I just decided I don't want to be a part of this.
