I owned it for a a quick pop a few months ago. I remember the stock got whacked last year. If your broker won't tell you why they won't trade it, perhaps you should get a new broker.

I vaguely remember stories that it was manipulated, I believe by a guy named Khan in California.

I can't type any more information, Response time is very poor.
