I can appreciate attorneys wanting to pick their juries, but I wish they had a more finite limit on who they dismiss. As I understand it, they can dismiss any number for cause and have an arbitrary limit on the number they can dismiss without cause.

I don't really want attorneys dumbing down the jury like they did on OJ's trial. I'd rather have somebody like you on that jury.

What's a voir dire question? Is that like a red herring? Or a fishing question?
