You are really into the conspiracy theories today....why can't you accept the simple fact that an otherwise healthy 56 year old man was slumped on the couch watching t.v. and aspirated a pretzel?

I mean, if Clinton had done that, imagine the comments about what he really had chocked on. At least with the Decider, you get the straight scoop.
