here is how one of our own (swa900) bailed out the co conspirator in a current rinse; edited per the necessity of maintaining the proper vail of secrecy.........

and these are the same folks which have yet to respond to my email ........buying em out might be a good idea afterall.....we are buried in the muck and the mire of complicit systems operating too purpose.......sheeesh.

xxxxxxxxx issued 1,000,000 shares of common stock to an investor upon the voluntary conversion of 300 shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock at a conversion price of $0.30 per share. The investor’s shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock were issued at a price of $1,000 per share.

All of the foregoing convertible shares were originally issued by in connection with its December 2005 private placement financing, as disclosed in the xxxxxxxxx Form 8-K filed with the SEC on December 14, 2005.
