except the prosecutors lied to get their conviction. Justice? Lying is uncool and especially if it comes from federal prosecutors. See my earlier post with examples of the illegality of their behavior. It will probably be overturned on appeal (I'm no lawyer but its pretty easy to show since the DOJ said the finance dept at brocade "didnt' know a thing" about backdating and a week later they indicted the CFO). I think you guys might be the same old "Zero tolerance until my kid gets caught" BSers. Do you condone hard jail time for Gates and Jobs?
