BAAT has roughly 80 million shares issued and has 62,819,176 shares outstanding. Of this amount about 2/3 is held by insiders. BAAT owneds 93% of Ultra Force Batter Co (voint venture with DUAG). They are to receive royalties of 5% on future sales. They also own 55% of Electrobike Inc with a 5% royalty agreement.

I know it's still early, but I thought the stock would find support at 25 cents.
