they do care about user experiences....and the internet over EDGE is painful. There is a difference in the pain you feel when your prick your finger on a pin and when a not so skillful samurai practices his art on you. While I've only played a bit with an iPhone, and a lot on my 'berry, I would equate the former pain to the iPhone and the latter to my 'berry.
