Should the U.S. offer permanent residency to any well-educated foreign national, especially those with technical skills? Would that solve the reverse brain drain problem? The solution to this problem is very simple: increase the 120,000 skilled-worker permanent visa limit to perhaps 250,000 or 300,000, and remove the per-country limits until the backlog is cleared. This problem could be fixed in a short period of time without impacting the American workforce. Also, close some of the loopholes in the immigration system so it does work as it was supposed to.

Haha! LMAO! Without, or ever, figuring out the cause, a wonderful simple solve is proposed! No matter, I already shifted >90% of my weight back home in China.
