This time the change is evolutionary, not revolutionary. The private insurance/employer-based system will still remain the heart and soul of the social contract — it’s just that more people will be given tax credits so they can afford to buy in.

Hmm... If the system is irreparably broken, as some Democrats claim, should the recipe to fix it be throwing more money at it?

It would not exactly be my first answer, since the US already spends higher percentage on health care than probably any country in the world...
