As usual, the liberal definition of "fiscal responsibility" is "raising taxes."

While the conservative definition is fiscal recklessness and financial shell games.

No need to tell me that deficits are worse. Revenues come and go with economic cycles, but the bottom line is how much the federal government spends year after year.

In which department the last 7 years of "conservative" government have been dismal. The national debt has doubled. We are not talking cyclical revenue here, we are talking financial recklessness.
