Tom, Earlier, we were accusing AL of failing to realise how serious the problems were. Now, it seems, people saying that Ben is overreacting, or that he must know things are even more serious than they appear to be to us. They still look for disaster ahead.

But to my mind the fed has confirmed they will do whatever is necessary to ensure a continued healthy "money supply". I appreciate the benefit of the "Greenspan Put".
