No, this time they will raise the upper brackets by a bunch, increase capital gains and dividend tax rates, and drop the 10 and 15% crowd by a couple of percent, thereby providing a middle class tax cut. They will trumpet it to the World. They won't touch the AMT, so it will still chew up a bigger bunch of people. They are already out there on this....and it will sell, believe me.
