The "southern" meme, and all the civil rights abuse baggage that carries is very relevant... The primary offense of course was the "perp"asking about disenfranchised blacks in 2000 and 2004. The good news is that after 50 years, they don't use real bullets on folks that want to bring the neanderthals into the current century.
