Frankly, I do not blame those who dislike or hate h1b. However, they seem never reflected on the issue beyond a simple neurological reflection. USA was build on taking in "H1Bs" all along in the past, and its education system was set accordingly. As labor had not been cheap since circa 1970 and US FRN$ could not hold its water since bombs dropping in Iraq, that lure for educated alien was gone. Back to education system, creating sparkling gadgets and fantacy financial models range from non-constructive to flatly destructive to human beings, the motif of the world as we defined it, is not real creation. As $'s glory goes, research money is going to fall off the cliff, too, later?

An analysis as simple as presented in the paper just fails to do any good. Oh, was that because of the education system? (For the sake of deterring arguments, not necessarily from you, education is far beyond schooling.)
