Resisting arrest is illegal. As is trespass and a number of other things Meyer was doing.

I completely agree about engaging Meyer in conversation. That was their own play to the cameras and an audition for Cops.

The *march him out* idea is good if the cops are big and strong enough to do it. Where are you on the relaxation of weight, height, and gender requirements so that such an idea can be meaningfully implemented? Today's cops rely on Tasers, pepper spray/mace and other chemical or mechanical assists.

I don't think Meyer would have much of a case unless the protocols for use of Taser were clearly violated. If not, he's just another punk with poor judgment and a bad screen test for fame lasting longer than 15 minutes.

He'll file something, though.

People like that always do.
