As I've repeatedly said, how it all turns out depends on the protocols for use of the Taser.

Meyer failed to comply when asked to leave, then became combative and resisted. That's what the tape shows.

The suggestion that Meyer was arrested for speech is what I principally object to and appears to be where you're resting your argument. We disagree.

This entire conversation actually makes me warm to the idea of professional juries:-)
