No one is born a heinous criminal. People gradually slip into extremist thinking followed by extremist actions. Children under the tutilage of experienced adults are especially vulnerable. Darren seems to be a child encouraged, supported, and exploited by you older men on this thread to post sensationalistic exaggerations and false representations in as disgusting, hateful, and bigotted manner as he can muster. Probably because he needs desparately to feel accepted as one of you. He wishes the Muslims could just be gone, or just be all nuked away. He reports about provocational violence his friends are starting to get involved in and fantasises about the death, torture, and slaughter of muslims, all muslims. This is all very paranoid and schizophrenic. No friend, who cared about him, would encourage him the way you all do. He is young and young people develop a path of personality based life vision. Goal oriented events usually follow. The path he is on can lead to no good or decent things for him.
It is true that his conduct, so far, does not compare to the worst examples of heinous criminality committed by a few Muslims (head lopping of innocents), nor does it compare with the greatest examples of heinous criminality in his own culture. He has only been fantisizing and speculating about ways to hurt muslims, and how he could justify it. When he drags a muslim behind his pickup truck, it wont be head lopping; so according to brian, and I suppose you, we should continue encouraging his extremism even then. |
