Rob, I think everyone hear knows that you can't learn anything with your mouth open. Healthy skepticism and discussion are welcome here. I wonder , with the stock trading at 11 1/4, half way between strike prices, why it should drift down instead of up. I have heard for the last ten years or so that stocks TEND to trade to the strike price, but I'm beginning to view this as more of an urban-myth type of thing. I would dearly love someone to point me to a link that does a mathematical analysis of this "trend". I'll bet you a cyber-cigar and bragging rights til the Nov expirations that we end up closer to the higher price than the lower one. Further credit if you can pose a scenario that makes economic sense for this 'trend' that I can't find an equally plausible explanation for it to go the other way.
