Turek's 'kids' are very much involved in PLNIQ and related entities. Now we have a UCC filing as evidence that Turek's wife is also involved in a loan against the 'Plasticon' molds, made to Promotional Containers Inc. Apparently that's a subject that the 'longs' are studiously avoiding.
The questions remain -
How did Mrs Turek become the owner of the molds and why was the UCC filing made in MO, with the incorrect jurisdiction of organization for Promotional Containers Inc?
Was the MO UCC filing to avoid having multiple UCC filings in KY for the same molds?
Does Mrs Turek know about this filing?
