The only difference is the colors, I do believe. Same storage capacity, form factor, and features.
But you really ought to think about the nanos. I was looking at them today. They are just so cool.
Definitely take a look in person. The camera adds pounds to the Nano. Lots more features for not that much more cost (more memory, photo, video, etc.). Not as "wearable", but adding a clip/case makes it extremely portable and quite usable for most active uses. There are some plastic clips, but has anyone come out with metal/aluminum clips for the Nanos yet? Matching colors of course. BTW, anyone swim with their iPod? (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=swimming+mp3+player+ipod ) I assume the current offerings are "splash proof", but they've yet to put the label "water resistant" on any player. And even watches have avoided the "water proof" term for a while now. Some folks are building cases (http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.572105/it.A/id.1147/.f ), but maybe there's enough interest for Apple (or someone else) to come out with a Water-safe version for use in/around the pool and beach. |
