Does the large quantity warrant to Laurus at par value ($0.01) purchase effectively render the default value of the current shares on the market to be par value as well? If so, has management been delinquent in protecting shareholder value in making this deal with Laurus? If so, is there a legally actionable complaint by shareholders?
