Excellent post. I agree. I have been taking CQ 10 at the suggestion of E Charters and I notice that when I take it shortly thereafter I start to feel dizzy.. no light headed. I stopped it today. My reading at the gym today 125/78 I came home and used my cuff and it was 145/91 Go figure. One of the other is wrong.
