Well, Laz, I guess it comes down to what a person thinks is "reasonable force" by LEOs. I don't think cops need to throw pregnant women to the ground on routine traffic stops or use their knees and elbows to clean out the ears of unresisting people. Or burn down a city block to get a few stupid miscreants holed up in a ramshackle house.

Just to set things straight, I don't think McVeigh blamed the Feds for the Murrah building; he DID blame them for their excesses at Mt Carmel.
