Dollar Holders Punished globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com The Fed is openly and aggressively pursuing a policy of punishing dollar holders. The Fed is not cutting rates to bail out consumers but to bail out banks.Robert Toll proclaimed "Our boy has righted the ship".
