CoQ10 is nearly impossible to absorb in the time frame you suggest. For you to have a reaction to it would be worthy of Guinness's Book of World Records. You may have anxiety about taking what you do not believe in. Get a MD to prescribe it and you probably won't have any problems. SHootie
