Of all of the ways that I thought SCO might have lost things, I did not count on that one. Seems that the judge really didn't want this going to trial. I've now read two interesting articles about the rules of summary judgement, and he seems to have really stretched the boundaries of the rules. > The bad news is the stock closed today at about $0.16. It's funny that on the Friday of the summary judgement I was barely in the money ... I heard about the ruling over the weekend and knew there was little to do but watch it go. Like I said ... it was a fun lottery to play. I still don't agree with some of the rulings ... but the judge is the only one whose word makes any difference.
