Hello tonysee200x,

It did ... I've been far to busy to following things closely. I was also out of the country for a while ... so I catch the news as I get a chance.

Yeah ... sounds about right. It was a fun gamble. I do have to say that I was quite surprised by the summary judgement outcome. Of all of the ways that I thought SCO might have lost things, I did not count on that one. Seems that the judge really didn't want this going to trial. I've now read two interesting articles about the rules of summary judgement, and he seems to have really stretched the boundaries of the rules.

I saw the close at $.20 ... but not much better. It's funny that on the Friday of the summary judgement I was barely in the money ... I heard about the ruling over the weekend and knew there was little to do but watch it go.

Like I said ... it was a fun lottery to play. I still don't agree with some of the rulings ... but the judge *is* the only one whose word makes any difference.

It will be fun to watch these last issues get sorted out ...
