Doing fine and staying busy. Celebrated my six years in remission from colon cancer today. Wow, the time has flown by so quickly.

I bowled today and later in the afternoon, my best friend flew in from San Antonio and also another great friend came in from Virginia earlier this month, so picked her up and tomorrow I will go pick up the other and we will go to our monthly girl's lunch at the Junior League Tea Room. After we will come back here to our home for the evening and on Friday, depending on what the weather man tells us about the system over Florida now, we will decide whether I can drive them over to L'Auberge Casino in Lake Charles, La. for the weekend. We will come back Sunday afternoon and take my friend to airport to fly home. Take the other friend to her brother's home and I will probably come home and crash from all the activities and fun we are planning. We all decided it was time for us to get together and have some fun and entertainment. We have not been together since our last high school reunion here in 2005. If the weather prevents us from doing this, we will just spend time together and talk about all the fun we had to miss and plan another time to go.

Depending on that I will put Reflections for Friday up tomorrow night and they will cover the weekend too. Speaking of that have to run get them ready for tomorrow. My best friend is a get to bed early riser so that means I shall be up early tomorrow morning also with much less sleep than she. Ugh.....
