dow intraday contracts : resist the urge to transact until At Least 15 minutes prior to the top of the hour

i.e. capital exposure shall not exceed 15 minutes time

as usual, seek deep in-the-money positions

and never trade the close.. too jumpy
that still leaves a half dozen opportunities per day
which is plenty.
