Jeff, I scanned the posts and didn't notice that anybody got to you yet. (I hate being redundant).

The setting your using is never comparing the cached page to the corresponding current one on the network, so your posts aren't disappearing, you just have a 'pre-post' version of the page in your cache and it isn't getting updated. You'll either need to use 'Reload' a lot, change the setting back to 'once per session', or just get used to it. Adjusting cache size can affect speed up to a point -- 5-7 Mb is good. If you have a fair amount of RAM, setting the cache folder to a RAM disk is the best method I've learned for stability and speed. Any common graphics (like the 'SI chat' picture) are loaded much faster when in RAM.
