I would suggest that those of you who either didn't get their proxies in the mail or who think what RT and Co. is pulling is disgraceful or worse might want to do what I just did and enter a complaint with the BCSC.

I hope I sent my letter to the right commission. Maybe someone out there has another address/email where we can send a request for an investigation? Now is the time to turn up the heat, since it appears the powers that be couldn't even deliver us the proxies we were entitled to last time around.

Here's what I just sent. Note the email address:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a shareholder of Winspear Resources (WSP.V) and own a substantial number of shares. Recently, WSP had a shareholder vote on two proposals that were, to my mind, beneficial to the officers and directors of WSP and detrimental to shareholders.

A WSP news release on June 3 or 4 indicated that about 2.5 million shares of re-priced options were involved.

I never received the proxy information by mail and thus my votes (against the proposals) were not counted. I know of at least one other shareholder who also failed to receive his proxy information and ballot.

Yesterday the WSP extraordinary meeting was held and a press release was issued indicating that an additional 4.5 milion shares/options not mentioned in the June news release were approved.

I find this very disturbing. I phoned my broker when I hadn't received the proxies and was told that they send them as soon as they are received from the transfer agent. I wrote the transfer agent but have yet to receive a response.

I would think that due to the above-mentioned problems that irregularities exist that warrant a thorough investigation by the securities commissioin. I ask you and urge you to look into these matters.

Is there any way to find out what the final vote was on the proposals?

Hoping to hear from you soon, I am,

Sincerely yours,
