Will bet you a dinner that US dollar will be higher in a year than it is now and that US growth will offset worldwide slowdown that will follow current US slowdown. Historically a change in fed direction to lower rates in the US strengthens US dollar and US markets while causing decline in gold and commodities. Not every time but most every time. So far we have expected knee jerk reaction. All you got to do is to go backwards in time and check out this phenomena. Someone prepared this for me already but i cant share it here under penalty of saudi prison.
