Yes. Check back to my SI posts from Feb/March 2003 when I did a complete 360 on the war when I realized what nincompoops the administration were when it come to this stuff. Although, to be fair, I thought that the order of events would be different -- I believe I predicted that we'd come in, overthrow Saddam, stick around for a year or three, and then leave, at which point everything would deteriorate.
