People said that the "bunker" measured roughly 10 feet in each direction. Some said it was fortified with steel and had rectangle or openings built into it for weapons.
That's a bit more than a "ramshackle house".

"Throw pregnant women to the ground on routine traffic stops or use their knees and elbows to clean out the ears of unresisting people" is not reasonable force by any stretch of the imagination and would not be held to be so in a court. Using a small bomb against a fortified bunker?
