They say below .5 cm^2, not .5 cm^2, or about .5 cm^2

Of course it could mean .4999 per cm^2 but they don't specifically admit to anything.

Also that data is from July (or maybe even earlier the slides probably don't have up to the very day data), and to the extent it tells us anything, it might not be accurate today.
