I know what a defect is, and i know what parametric yield loss is. These are two pairs of shoes. But what is a "parametric defect"? You really might define this to give me a chance to understand what you are talking about. All i understand for now it has to do with AMDs dirty laundry. Now i know they use new material for their bunny-suits which can be laundered more often than the previous stuff, and they are constantly working on the laundry process to make these reusable more often as well. This i can reveal - but i'm struggling to connect the nodes to the context. K.
