When you're concerned about molecules that are not known for bioavailability, distribution between fat and muscle and what that means for concentration in the respiratory tract/gut, etc., you forget to mention the stuff that you got from the PR. Talking magic, muscle is every bit the part for biologicals. The question is whether or not it's a confounding variable for difficult small molecules, no?
